Graduate from AUDENCIA business school and with a MA in Business Law, Matthieu Bourdeaut studied International Business and Business Law as part of an MBA at Georgia State University before joining as auditor the firm Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
After qualifying as a lawyer in January 2003, Matthieu Bourdeaut acquired extensive experiences in business litigation with Joël Cornet, the founder of the Cornet-Vincent-Ségurel law firm. He then moved to Luxembourg where he was a member of the Corporate and Tax Department at Arendt & Medernach, where he advised major international groups. He then consolidated his experience in major business litigation at Cabinet BFPL Avocats, where he represented French and foreign large corporations.
Since he joined the Corporate Department at Racine, Matthieu Bourdeaut has been involved in major international and national commercial and corporate cases, where he represented listed and non-listed companies.
Matthieu Bourdeaut speaks and regularly works in English.
