General terms of use

Article 1 – Purpose

These general terms of use govern the use of Racine’s website (hereinafter, the “Website”) by any
site user.
Consultation of the Website entails that the site user has familiarized itself with these general terms
of use in advance, that the site user accepts such general terms of use and that the site user
undertakes to comply with the general terms of use.

Article 2 – Fair use

The site user shall not take any action that may alter or disrupt, in any way whatsoever, the normal
operation of the Website.
Similarly, the site user shall not engage in any misuse of personal information contained on the
Website.

Article 3 – Intellectual property

The site user undertakes to comply with the intellectual property rights inherent in the Website and
the content contained on the Website, irrespective of the nature thereof.
In particular, the site user shall not reproduce or represent the Website in any way or form
whatsoever without Racine’s express prior approval.

All intellectual output published on the Website is published for information purposes only and shall
not absolve the site user from seeking appropriate advice suited to the site user’s needs.
Use of such intellectual output is therefore made under the sole responsibility of the site user and
Racine shall not be liable for such use.

Article 5 – Data privacy

Personal data communicated by the site user, notably through any forms, shall be used only by
Racine.

This information allows Racine to manage site users’ subscriptions to the various newsletters
published by Racine or any other request made by site users.
A site user has the right to access, modify and remove personal data concerning such site user. A site

records from the database that is made up of personal data so communicated to it and to limit the
number of such records.

Article 6 – Statistical data

When using the Website, cookies generated by Racine’s IT servers may be automatically installed on
the site user’s computer. These cookies do not allow the site user to be identified but rather serve
solely to measure the number of pages viewed, the number of visits and the site user’s activity on
the Website.
The site user may refuse or delete such cookies without this impacting the site user’s use of the
Website.

Article 7 – Links to other sites

The site user shall not include a link between the Website and another website without Racine’s
express prior approval.
Racine shall in no way be liable for the consequences of accessing a website through a link to such
website if such link was put in place without Racine’s consent.
