This team has partners, who have been working in this practice area for over 20 years. They are supported by a group of associates and can advise on a wide range of issues arising from the financial, economic and employment difficulties that companies may face.

The team is one of the most active in France, and has worked on some of the most significant cases in the market. The team stands out due to its unique experience with large-scale industrial restructurings, cross-border cases in particular, and debt restructuring for distressed LBOs.

Combining professionals from various complementary practice areas who can rely on the support of all of Racine’s departments, the team assists companies with resolving their difficulties or their issues with shareholders and potential acquirers of assets. The team also advises financial institutions for the purpose of safeguarding their rights in these circumstances.

The team’s know-how includes financial and social restructuring, ad hoc mandates, conciliation, safeguard, accelerated financial safeguard, pre-pack sales, recovery, judicial liquidation and all litigation relating to these situations.
