Paris, June 24, 2026 – Racine advised Europa Group, a leading provider in the field of medical conference organization as well as information, training, and services for healthcare professionals, on its acquisition of K.I.T. Group, a professional conference organizer founded in Berlin. This transaction enables Europa Group to significantly strengthen its Conferences & Congresses division and accelerate its international expansion.

For nearly forty years, Europa Group has been supporting the medical community through a comprehensive range of services centered on four areas of expertise: Conferences & Congresses, Digital & Publishing, Education, and Communication & Services. Backed by Abenex since 2017, the group employs more than 590 people and generated revenue of 180 million euros in 2025.

Founded in 1986 in Berlin, K.I.T. Group is a recognized leader in conference organization and in supporting international medical societies and communities. With a presence in seven countries and a team of 150 employees, the group supports more than 100 scientific and medical communities worldwide each year.

This acquisition represents a major strategic step for Europa Group. Through the integration of K.I.T. Group, the French group is strengthening its international presence and expanding its capabilities to support medical learned societies on a global scale. The new combined entity now has 740 employees and consolidated revenue of 240 million euros.

K.I.T. Group will continue to operate under its own brand and current management team, ensuring continuity in its relationships with clients and partners.

Racine advised Europa Group on the M&A aspects of the transaction, with a team led by Mélanie Coiraton (Partner), Thibault de Dieuleveult, and Tristan Dubois de la Sayette (Associates) on M&A matters; Linda Bessa (Partner) and Hind Mahsas (Associate) on financing matters; and Fabrice Rymarz (Partner), Charles-Xavier Vincenti (Counsel), and Georges Lebauvy (Attorney) on tax matters.
