Racine accompagne Siparex et sa filiale Rhône-Alpes PME Gestion dans la structuration et le 1er closing du fonds Siparex Entrepreneurs 6

Paris, 27 October 2025 – Racine advised Rhône-Alpes PME Gestion, the management company for Siparex Entrepreneurs within the Siparex platform, on the structuring and initial closing which raised over €100 million. This fund is the sixth in the Siparex Entrepreneurs series and is dedicated to supporting French SMEs with a market capitalization of less than €1 billion.

This first closing, launched one year after the start of the fundraising phase, brought together the vast majority of the fund’s existing investors, including Bpifrance, Siparex Associés (sponsor) and Caisse d’Epargne Rhône Alpes (co-sponsor). With a reinvestment rate of 83%, the partners’ loyalty and the robustness of the fund’s strategy have been clearly demonstrated.
Siparex Entrepreneurs 6 aims to reach a maximum size of €150 million by 2026. For the first time, the fund has adopted a unified structure, replacing the two multi-regional vehicles used by previous generations. This consolidation increases investment capacity, with individual investments ranging from €2 million to €10 million — and potentially up to €15 million if the hard cap is reached.

The fund will target around twenty investments in SMEs valued at up to €30 million, either as a minority or majority shareholder. These investments will be made in the context of capital development or transfer transactions, particularly when such companies first open their capital to private equity.

Siparex Entrepreneurs 6 is committed to environmental responsibility and complies with Article 8 of the SFDR regulation, stipulating that at least 20% of investments must be directed towards sustainable companies. The fund will also provide structured support to its portfolio companies of corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Racine assisted Rhône-Alpes PME Gestion with this structuring, with a team comprising:
– Rima Maitrehenry (Partner), Stein Mpassi Loufouma (Associate) and Hannah Taalab Youssef (Associate) on fund structuring aspects
– Charles-Xavier Vincenti (Counsel) on tax aspects
