Racine invests in its talents: Philippe Johnston appointed partner
Paris, 5 January 2026 – Philippe Johnston has been appointed as a partner in the Real Estate department at Racine. This internal promotion, effective from 1 January 2026, reflects Racine’s ongoing commitment to developing talent and strengthening its core practices.
Philippe Johnston has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2013 and joined Racine in 2016. He advises on all aspects of real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of assets, commercial leases, property development transactions, as well as restructuring and construction projects. He assists French and international clients, including investors, developers, and end users.
Philippe Johnston holds dual Master’s degrees in English and French law from King’s College London and Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Master II degree in European business law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Recognised for his technical expertise and commitment to clients, Philippe has been awarded an ‘Excellent’ rating in the ‘Real Estate – Real Estate Transactions – Investment’ category by Décideurs magazine’s 2025 guide.
