Racine assists Weinberg Capital Partners in its investment in Summa

Paris, 16 July 2025 – Racine advised Weinberg Capital Partners on its investment in Summa, a new player in the public accounting, auditing and consulting market. This is the fourth investment of the WCP#4 LBO fund, which focuses on acquiring B2B service companies with strong growth potential.
The Summa Group was formed in 2025 through the merger of six independent firms, supported by its main shareholder, Weinberg Capital Partners. Chaired by Christian Vaingnedroye, who initiated the project with two partners, the group currently employs 150 professionals in the Paris region. In a rapidly consolidating market, its aim is to become a leading provider of financial, tax, employment and legal services to entrepreneurs, from VSEs to ETIs. The Summa group is already approaching new firms to join it, in order to broaden its range of services and strengthen its territorial presence.
With this transaction, Weinberg Capital Partners has made the fourth investment of its WCP#4 fund, which is fully in line with the deployment strategy of the WCP#4 fund: a B2B services company, a primary transaction conducted by private treaty and significant potential for development through external growth.
Racine supported Weinberg Capital Partners in this investment with a team comprising:
– Marie Pouget (Partner), Pauline Abadia, Dahila Ibourichene, Sarah Dirani, Emile Nicolas and Selim Lahouel (Associates) on corporate matters.
– Quentin Cournot (Partner) and Romain Taugourdeau (Associate) advised on tax matters.
– Guillaume Thuleau (Partner) advised on employment matters.
