Paris, 9 March 2026 – Racine advised Alfred Hotels and the investment funds managed by Braxton Investment Management on the acquisition of the La Frégate hotel, a hospitality asset located at 34 Avenue de l’Océan in Lège-Cap-Ferret. Following refurbishment, the 29-room property will be repositioned as the second hotel under Alfred Hotels’ new 4-star brand.

This transaction forms part of the Alfred Hotels group’s strategy to structure its platform around two complementary segments: a core 3-star offering in prime urban locations, and a newly launched 4-star brand targeting premium leisure destinations.

La Frégate is a rare asset in the Cap Ferret market. It is the only hotel on the peninsula to feature a swimming pool and benefits from a prime location on Avenue de l’Océan, in immediate proximity to the ferry terminal, the market, and both ocean and bay beaches. Set in a preserved environment, the property also offers balconies for the majority of its rooms, further enhancing its appeal.

Following the acquisition of Les Jardins de la Villa in Paris, this transaction marks the second asset under Alfred Hotels’ 4-star platform and confirms the group’s ambition to expand its presence in the premium segment by leveraging its established operational model.
