Racine is advising PAG Holding on the sale of the SIMAF Group to the Dellen Group
Paris, 22 June 2026 – Racine advised PAG Holding on the sale of the SIMAF Group to the Dellen Group. This transaction marks a new milestone in SIMAF’s development, reinforcing its position as a leading European provider of industrial fastening systems.
Founded in 1966, the SIMAF Group specialises in the design, development and distribution of industrial fasteners for a wide range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, office equipment and connectors. Originally based in France, where it has several sites, the group has gradually expanded its international presence. It now operates in several European countries, including the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany and the Czech Republic.
Following this transaction, SIMAF will join the Dellen Group, a family-owned industrial holding company that was founded by Pierre Baelen in 2003. Dellen has established itself as one of the most active players in the acquisition and development of industrial companies, with a portfolio of over 150 companies spanning fifteen sectors. Its long-term entrepreneurial approach and commitment to the long-term sustainability of businesses are major assets that will support the next phases of SIMAF’s growth.
Racine advised PAG Holding with a team comprising Bernard Laurent-Bellue (of counsel), Bruno Laffont (partner) and Camille Font Armengol (associate).
