Racine advises Datasharp on the acquisition of Woosmap

Paris, 1 December 2025 – Racine advised the European data intelligence group Datasharp on its acquisition of Woosmap. This strategic transaction forms part of Datasharp’s rapid growth strategy, which is supported by Strada Partners and aims to build the most reliable enterprise-grade data infrastructure for AI.

Founded in Montpellier Woosmap has become one of Europe’s leading geolocation technology providers. Its high-performance API suite includes search and autocompletion, geocoding, vector map display, routing, geofencing and location context solutions. Woosmap’s technology powers major companies such as Auchan, Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, Etam, Yves Rocher, Hubo, Wecasa and Holland & Barrett.
With this acquisition, Datasharp strengthens its position at the intersection of data intelligence and geolocation, creating a unique platform that combines identity data, customer attributes and geographical context for AI use cases in logistics, retail, mobility, fraud prevention and real-time decision-making.
