Paris, 6 January 2026 – Racine advised Groupe Axtom, a specialist in commercial real estate and regional development, on its acquisition of a 56% stake in Foncières & Territoires, a management company.

Axtom is a recognised player in the commercial property sector. It operates in several areas, including regional economic development consulting, planning and promotion, turnkey construction, and professional property asset management.

Founded in 1997, Foncières & Territoires offers commercial property investment solutions for individuals and professionals. It operates in the SCPI (real estate investment trust) market and in club deal transactions.

As part of a strategic partnership, Groupe Axtom has acquired a majority stake in Foncières & Territoires, with the aim of pursuing a shared vision of development, construction and investment in regional areas.

Racine acted through a multidisciplinary team comprising Luc Pons (Partner), Yousra Khallouki and Polina Loyko (Associates) on M&A aspects, Guillaume Thuleau (Partner) and Noa Wolff (Associate) on social aspects, and Quentin Cournot (Partner) and Lauriane Delisle (Associate).
