Racine is advising Strada Partners on its investment in Rivage.
Paris, 4 May 2026 – Racine advised Strada Partners on its investment in Rivage, a newly formed French platform focused on consolidating IT and cybersecurity services. Concurrently, Rivage is acquiring Infoclip.
This transaction marks the first step in Rivage’s development strategy to become a leading provider of managed services and cybersecurity solutions for SMEs and mid-sized companies.
Founded in 2025, Rivage Group aims to bring together high-performing companies in the sector, combining entrepreneurial autonomy with shared resources. Backed by Strada Partners, the group will support the growth of local businesses while preserving their identity in response to increasing demand for IT management and cybersecurity services in France.
Infoclip is a well-established provider of managed IT services, covering the full digital value chain, from IT and cloud infrastructure management to cybersecurity and business software integration. ISO 27001 and HDS certified, the company generates over €8 million in revenue, more than 70% of which is recurring, and serves nearly 500 clients in France.
This first acquisition positions Rivage as an independent national platform. The group aims to exceed €100 million in revenue by 2030, and become a leading player in IT and cybersecurity services.
This transaction reflects Strada Partners’ strategy of building high-potential technology service platforms and supporting the emergence of market leaders in fragmented sectors such as IT services and cybersecurity.
Racine advised Strada Partners on this transaction with a team comprising:
– Bruno Laffont (partner) and Edouard Cluet (associate) on M&A matters;
– Quentin Cournot (partner) and Romain Taugourdeau (associate) on tax matters.
The founders of Rivage Groupe were advised by Jeausserand Audouard, with a team comprising Bastien Derrieux, Juliette de Moussac, Antoine Dufrane and Lucien Del Tatto on M&A matters, as well as Benjamin Marcuzzo and Tristan Audouard on tax matters.
