Racine advises PSA Group and Saft on the European Commission’s clearance of aid measures for a large-scale project in the electric vehicle battery sector.

Led by partner Bastien Thomas, Racine’s team assisted PSA Group and Saft, a subsidiary of the Total Group on the State aid notification to the European Commission. Racine also coordinated the joint work of all the members of the pan-european project.

On December 9th, the European Commission granted clearance for a total of €3.2 bn of aid to the 17 participants.
