Paris, 26 March 2026 – Racine has advised Foncière Renaissance and MIMCO on the €320 million acquisition of a property located at 91 Avenue des Champs-Élysées in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.

This transaction marks the second joint acquisition by Foncière Renaissance and MIMCO in Paris’s Central Business District, confirming their strategy of building an ‘ultra-prime’ asset portfolio in the heart of the capital.

Located on one of the world’s most prestigious retail avenues, this 4,200 m² building boasts an exceptional location within an area characterised by major luxury brands and international retailers. With partially vacant space, the asset also offers significant potential for value enhancement.

The transaction reflects a broader trend of increased access to institutional-grade real estate. Through club deals, dedicated funds and co-investment structures, MIMCO is contributing to opening up this asset class to a wider base of private investors, while maintaining a selective and disciplined investment approach.
