Racine accompagne NEXITY dans la cession de la société Accessite au Groupe Promeo
Paris, 1 October 2025 – Racine has advised Nexity, a property development specialist and leader in its field, on the sale of its subsidiary, Accessite, to the Promeo Group.
Nexity, France’s leading real estate group, operates in property development, planning and management for a wide range of clients, including private individuals, businesses, institutions and local authorities.
Nexity is today selling Accessite, a leading independent operator in retail property.
This sale marks the completion of the Nexity Group’s plan to divest its management businesses.
