Racine advised the AUREA Group on the sale of its subsidiary, M. Lego, to Lebronze Alloys

Paris, 18 September 2025 – Racine advised AUREA, a leading European waste recycling and regeneration company, on the sale of its subsidiary, M. Lego, to Lebronze Alloys (LBA).
M Lego specialises in producing and marketing high-quality copper alloys in the form of semi-finished products. The company employs 85 employees and generates revenue of €34 million. Part of the AUREA group since 2011, M.Lego is now joining LBA, the global leader in the advanced materials market.
By selling this subsidiary, AUREA is demonstrating its commitment to streamlining its activities and allocating its resources more effectively to high-value development projects. This transaction strengthens AUREA’s position as a pioneer in waste regeneration and a key player in the circular economy. The Group holds leading positions in France and Europe in several areas, including aluminium alloys, cadmium and copper processing, black engine oil regeneration, and tyre-covered wheel manufacturing from used tyres.
