Racine is advising Agora Makers, the French market leader in street furniture and lighting, which is owned by the Hivest Capital Partners fund, on its acquisition of Kuzzle.
Paris, 26 March 2026 – Racine advised Agora Makers, the French leader in street furniture and lighting, backed by Hivest Capital Partners, on its acquisition of Kuzzle. Kuzzle is a French provider of hypervision, Internet of Things (IoT), data and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions.
Agora Makers is a leading French player in street lighting, street furniture and connected solutions. The group comprises renowned brands such as GHM, Eclatec, Metalco, Bellitalia, CityDesign and My Equilibria.
Following the integration of Kuzzle, Agora Makers has become one of the few groups in Europe capable of offering a comprehensive range of integrated solutions:
– Infrastructure: lighting fixtures, poles, and street furniture (Eclatec, GHM, Metalco, City Design, and Bellitalia).
– IoT and hardware: smart lighting. Racine supported the group during the acquisition of Nexiode in 2024.
– Software and hypervision: smart city (Kuzzle).
The acquisition of Kuzzle strengthens its end-to-end smart city offering of the Agora Makers Group and accelerates its transition to a high-value-added model by combining industrial assets, software and data.
