Paris, 9 September 2025 – Racine provided advice to Strada Partners regarding their investment in Numeris, a new entrant to the accounting market.

Founded in 2024, Numeris aims to become one of the top 10 accounting firms in France within ten years. After completing two acquisitions, the group opened its capital to the Belgian investment fund Strada Partners in May. Strada Partners is now providing €30 million in new equity and has become the majority shareholder. Numeris’s unifying and innovative model, consisting of 150 employees, accelerates the growth of its partner firms while respecting their autonomy and local roots.

Through this transaction, Strada Partners is pursuing its ‘LV8’ strategy, which supports entrepreneurs in creating groups from the outset with the aim of establishing groups worth €100 million or more. The fund, established in 2022, specialises in the software, healthcare, and technology sectors within the service industry.

Racine assisted Strada Partners with this investment with a team comprising:
– Bruno Laffont (partner) and Edouard Cluet (associate) on corporate matters;
– Quentin Cournot (partner) and Romain Taugourdeau (associate) on tax matters.

Rodolphe Amaudric du Chaffaut also advised Numeris’ founders on the transaction.
