Paris, 10 February 2026 – Racine advised the PAREF Group on the sale of its property management subsidiary, SOLIA Paref, to the RYZE Group. The acquisition was completed through VSA Île-de-France, RYZE’s wholly owned French subsidiary.

A leading European player in property management for over 30 years, the PAREF Group is pursuing its strategy of refocusing on its Investment, Fund Management and Asset Management activities through this transaction. This sale, which follows the entry into exclusive negotiations announced in December 2025, also provides SOLIA Paref with the backing of a leading international player.

The RYZE Group is Italy’s leading real estate consultancy and integrated property services management company. It is firmly established in Italy and is pursuing an active development strategy in European markets, supported by several external growth operations carried out in recent years. This acquisition, completed through its wholly-owned French subsidiary VSA, will significantly strengthen its presence in France and consolidate its position with institutional and corporate clients.

Racine advised the PAREF Group with a team comprising:
